INTRODUCTION
Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID 19) is a virus outbreak that brought great damage to every individual around the world. Unfortunately, the pandemic does not only affect the health of individuals, but it also incurred negative impact to the social and economic status of every country. The adverse effect of this impact, such as temporary stopping of business operations, employee cut, and lesser source of income, has made everyone suffer financially.
Due to health protocols, a lot of people are having a hard time to buy their needs and wants, resulting them to engage with online shopping. This campaign, titled “Awareness Against Bogus Buyers”, aims to enlighten and spread awareness to online sellers on how to avoid Bogus Buyers on their online business at this time of pandemic.

Opening an online business during pandemic is an effective way of earning extra income, considering the fact that the pandemic has challenged everyone’s financial condition. Everyone engages to this to meet their necessities without knowing that it also has its own disadvantages and risks. Scams are experienced even before this pandemic started, but scams on online shopping lift-up because more people engage with this nowadays than physical business. Buyers are not the only one subject to scams and fraudulent, but also the seller. The internet has made the term “Bogus Buyer” which refers to a customer who keep on ordering and making transaction online, even he has no intention of paying it. The seller and buyer both put their trust on the line every time they make transaction online, but it is only the buyer who have safety net with the risk.

How "Awareness Against Bogus Buyers" Can Bring Change
With the current situation we have on online shopping, I created “Awareness Against Bogus Buyers” campaign to disseminate information and awareness on how to avoid and reduce Bogus Buyer that an online seller can have. The campaign has its objective, intention, mission, and vision to influence each seller of the proper online business transaction process that can lead to smooth and credible transaction with the buyer. This campaign was made with the hope that economic condition of our country will not be worsen, by supporting and guiding online business owners during this pandemic. If this campaign will meet its goal and objective, we will be able to adapt effective and healthy business operation and bigger amount of vigilant online sellers.
